An accessible journey begins with understanding what the traveler needs to board, travel and leave the vehicle. Ask the person how they would like those needs communicated, and provide the practical details to Danaro before a vehicle is confirmed.
You do not need to place medical records or a diagnosis in a general inquiry. Describe the required assistance, mobility equipment or vehicle features so the team can review the arrangement with the traveler.
Confirme la configuración real del vehículo.
A bus or Sprinter photograph does not establish that it has a lift, suitable boarding arrangement or the equipment a particular traveler needs. Ask which configuration is being considered and request confirmation of the features that matter.
Passenger numbers and luggage remain part of the discussion, but they do not replace the specific access review. Do not assume a larger vehicle automatically provides the right arrangement.
Revise la recogida y el destino.
Ask the hotel, venue or organizer about the boarding entrance, approach and space available for the planned vehicle. Consider the route from the passenger's waiting place to the vehicle and from the drop-off point into the event.
Review the return location too. A departure after an evening event may use a different entrance or gathering place from the arrival.

Haga que la información sea útil.
Agree a way to communicate that works for the traveler and identify the person who can assist with coordination if requested. Keep instructions clear: where to meet, when to be ready and how to contact the team.
Share relevant requirements only with people who need them for the journey. If someone is arranging travel on another person's behalf, involve the traveler in reviewing the plan wherever possible.
Revise los detalles antes de confirmar.
Bring the vehicle, pickup, venue and return details together and ask Danaro to confirm the proposed arrangement. If it does not meet the traveler's needs, discuss that before the booking is accepted.
The FMCSA publishes information about accessibility for over-the-road bus travel. It is a useful official resource for travelers and organizers, but does not confirm the accessibility of a particular Danaro vehicle.
