Your ceremony has a start time, but your wedding party and guests usually need to be ready before it. Begin with that arrival target and ask your planner or venue about the time needed for unloading, seating and any final preparations.
Work backwards from the arrival target with Danaro. Driving is only one part of the movement: people need time to get into the vehicle, belongings need to be loaded, and the route may need a buffer. Avoid treating a map’s travel estimate as the whole transportation plan.

Photographs, time spent waiting outside a venue and extra stops can all affect service duration. Put the intended photo locations into the itinerary rather than leaving them as an assumption.
Ask how changes would be handled on the day, who can authorize them and whether they affect the price. The useful question is not only when the vehicle arrives, but which parts of the day the arrangement covers.

For guest shuttles, agree the return windows and the final departure from the reception. An early return and a final sweep may serve different people; both need clear boarding instructions.
Give guests the information they need without sharing a complicated operational schedule. A place, a time and one contact are usually more useful than a group chat full of different instructions.

Before confirming, check names, dates, addresses, passenger counts and arrival targets against the vehicle arrangement and written quote. If a journey runs after midnight, include the correct return date.
