When a reservation is confirmed

A vehicle selection, prepared itinerary or general inquiry does not place a vehicle on hold. Danaro reviews availability, the route, passenger requirements and commercial terms before issuing a reservation confirmation.

For the 2026 / 2027 Wedding Collection, the supplied brochure specifies a signed agreement and deposit to confirm the date. Use the written confirmation and transportation agreement for the actual service. Read the dates, pickup and destination, vehicle arrangement, service time and passenger details carefully, and ask the team to resolve any discrepancy before traveling.

Your quote and service scope

The quote should identify what is included for the itinerary: the vehicle arrangement, service window, route and applicable charges. Ask how waiting, additional stops, tolls, parking, gratuities and extra time are treated.

A general website description does not establish the price or inclusions of an individual reservation. Request written clarification when a particular vehicle, configuration or amenity matters to your booking.

Payment arrangements

Review any deposit, balance, due date and payment conditions in the agreement supplied for the booking. This website does not set a universal deposit percentage or payment deadline for every service.

Use the payment instructions supplied through the confirmed booking channel. Do not put card numbers, security codes or identity documents into general website forms or email inquiries.

Travel details and passenger needs

Provide accurate dates, local times, addresses, passenger counts and luggage information. Include all stops and returns, and explain any boarding or vehicle-access requirements before the arrangement is confirmed.

If you are coordinating for other travelers, identify the person who can be reached during the journey and who may authorize agreed changes. Share only the passenger information needed for the service.

Changes, cancellation and disruption

Changes to dates, route, passenger numbers, service time or vehicle requirements need review. They may affect availability and price. A general message does not itself amend or cancel a reservation.

Review the change and cancellation conditions in your booking agreement. If a journey is disrupted or an arrangement needs to be reviewed, use the contact information in the confirmation and ask for the current status in writing.

Book with Danaro

The online booking link opens Danaro's existing reservation service. Information entered there, and the terms presented during that process, belong to that booking flow.

The local itinerary planner helps organize an inquiry; its details are not transferred automatically to the external reservation service. Keep a copy of the plan and review the final confirmation independently.
