Passenger Guidelines

A practical guide to preparing the group, boarding and communicating during a chauffeured journey with Danaro.

Last updated September 8, 2026

Before the journey

Review the confirmed date, pickup time, addresses and passenger arrangement. Share the boarding information with the people traveling and identify the contact who can communicate with Danaro.

Tell the team about luggage, formalwear, equipment and specific boarding requirements before the service is confirmed. Do not assume that every vehicle has the same storage or access features.

Boarding and the vehicle

Be ready at the agreed meeting point and follow the chauffeur's boarding instructions. Keep the passenger group and belongings organized so the vehicle can leave according to the plan.

Use the seating and safety equipment as directed for the vehicle. Ask about any unfamiliar feature and tell the chauffeur if a passenger needs help understanding the arrangements.

Traveling as a group

Keep one current passenger list and agreed route. Use the designated organizer for requests involving an additional stop, new destination or later finish.

Treat the chauffeur, fellow passengers and vehicle with care. Discuss food, drinks, decorations and other planned activities before the occasion, and follow the conditions in the booking agreement.

Children, proms and milestone groups

Families should agree the responsible adults, passenger list, approved stops and pickup and return handoffs. A transportation booking does not replace the family's supervision plan.

Discuss children's seating needs and any required equipment in advance. Do not assume a particular restraint or accessory is included without confirmation for the actual arrangement.

Belongings and the final stop

Keep track of personal items when leaving the vehicle or moving between venues. Ask about any planned storage during stops rather than assuming the vehicle remains accessible throughout the event.

Before the final departure, confirm that the right passengers have boarded and the agreed return route is understood. Contact Danaro promptly if you believe an item has been left behind.

When something changes

Use the contact supplied with your reservation for travel changes or concerns. Tell the team which booking and movement is affected so the issue can be reviewed clearly.

Additional time, stops or a changed arrangement may need approval and can affect the price. Review the current status with Danaro rather than assuming a requested change has been accepted.
