Information you choose to share

When you email, call or make a transportation request, you may provide your name, contact details, event date, route, passenger information and other details relevant to the journey. Please share only information needed to plan or support your transportation.

The itinerary and contact tools on this website help prepare an email. Your email application opens for you to review and send it. Preparing a draft is not the same as sending an inquiry or confirming a booking.

Google services and your choices

With your analytics consent, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure public-page visits and selected booking and contact actions. Advertising is a separate optional choice. Optional tags are not loaded before you choose, and declining them does not prevent you from using essential booking or account features. Private account and shared document pages are excluded from website tags. Use Cookie preferences to review or withdraw your choices.

When you use address suggestions, road-distance calculation or an enabled map, the relevant address, coordinates or map request is sent to Google to provide that requested feature. Google's privacy policy applies to its services.

Staff can explicitly connect a Google account and select a calendar for synchronization. Danaro reads events from that selected calendar and synchronizes event changes you make in Danaro. Company reservations are included only when the owner enables them; changes to reservation copies require review through the reservation workflow. Calendar access tokens and the private local event mirror are encrypted. Disconnecting removes the local mirror and stored authorization while retaining existing Google events and Danaro reservations. Danaro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How information is used

Information provided to Danaro is used to respond to questions, review vehicle and route requirements, prepare quotes, coordinate accepted reservations and provide support. It may also be needed for related records and applicable legal obligations.

If you provide another person’s contact or travel information, ensure you are authorized to share it for the transportation arrangement.

Online reservations and other services

Danaro uses your contact details and itinerary to arrange transportation. Book with Danaro opens our current booking service, which may be Danaro or mylimobiz. Review the notices and payment terms of the service you use. Danaro does not store your full card details.

Links to maps, review platforms and social networks open third-party services. Their own privacy practices apply when you choose to use them.

Website and technical information

Website hosting and delivery services may process technical information, such as connection details and requests, to operate and protect the site. Photographs and videos are used to present services and vehicle options.

Do not include payment card numbers or sensitive identity documents in a general contact message. Follow the instructions supplied for any specific reservation or payment process.

Your choices and questions

You can contact Danaro to ask about information you have provided or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Appropriate verification may be required before a request can be completed. Some information may need to be retained for an accepted service or an applicable obligation.

Google Maps

We display Google Maps reviews from a saved copy that is refreshed periodically. Reviewer profile images load through Google services. Use of these services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
