Safety & travel standards
A thoughtful transportation plan considers the people as carefully as the route. Use these questions to discuss your group's needs and the arrangements for the day.

The details that matter deserve a direct conversation.
Review seating, luggage, entry and exit, and any specific access needs for the actual configuration.
Keep one current itinerary and identify the traveler or coordinator who can authorize changes.
Review passenger guidelines, service documentation and what to do when travel details change.
Tell Danaro about passengers, bags, formalwear and equipment before choosing a model. If someone needs particular boarding assistance or an accessible vehicle, describe that need specifically. A vehicle family or photograph alone does not confirm a suitable configuration.
For children, discuss the ages and seating needs in advance so the required arrangement can be reviewed. Do not assume an accessory or particular seating configuration is included without confirmation.
Proms and milestone celebrations need a responsible adult contact, an agreed passenger list, approved stops and clear pickup and return handoffs. A chauffeur's transportation role does not replace the family's supervision plan.
Share the applicable passenger guidelines with the group before the event. Keep changes with the agreed contact so different passengers do not give conflicting instructions on the night.
Provide complete addresses and the correct entrances, leaving room for boarding and luggage. For events, agree where passengers will regroup after the venue closes. For flights, use the pickup instructions from the booking and communicate any changes.
If the route, timing or vehicle arrangement needs to change, use the contact information in the confirmation. Ask in advance how the team handles disruptions and what alternatives would be discussed for your particular service.
When booking group transportation, ask which operator and vehicle will provide the service and request the current documentation relevant to your booking. Licensing, insurance, vehicle procedures and chauffeur qualifications should be discussed using the operator's actual records.
For bus journeys, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration provides passenger-carrier research guidance. The resource below is a general trip-planning aid; it is not a rating or certification of Danaro.
