Yes. Provide the hotel address, guest estimate and event times so Danaro can review the shuttle separately from the family vehicle.
Agree the accompanying adults, passenger list and pickup and drop-off handoffs with the family and Danaro. Transportation does not replace an adult supervision plan.
Include each return window in the request. An earlier departure may need a separate movement or vehicle depending on the route and timing.
